New Digital Edition for Get Ahead Kids®
1 September 2009
Immediate Release
In a first for the family education market, Get Ahead Kids® has launched a dynamic online version of its bimonthly magazine.
The digital edition is launched on the first week of publication of the hardcopy, commencing with the September issue. Get Ahead Kids® Digital editions are providing readers and advertisers with additional opportunities to link directly to websites for additional information.
Advertisers can now link directly from their advertisement to their website, and have their advertisements be seen for much longer in the archived editions as well as the advertiser directory.
There is a dynamic table of contents for each edition, all content is searchable via search engines and all user stats are logged for analysis.
The urgency to give readers a reader friendly version was fuelled by the overwhelming response to the publication from schools and libraries Australia-wide.
MAP Marketing launched the first hardcopy of Get Ahead Kids® in January 2009, with the aim of filling the gap for educational material for busy families who are interested in their kids (0-25 years) education.
Maria Charlton, Managing Director of MAP Marketing states:
"This publication is a great market fit and the support we have received from contributors and advertisers has made this publication a rewarding experience."
Get Ahead Kids® has been widely acclaimed for its celebrity interviews that have included John Marsden, Jackie French, Justin Norris and Mark Richards as well as its engaging editorial contents and high quality design and layout.
The hardcopy of Get Ahead Kids® reaches the family market through preschools, schools, libraries, parents' rooms at major shopping centres and a variety of family friendly services.
The digital version is distributed to about 10,000 schools nationwide and about 6,000 public, school and tertiary libraries.
